CCD Registration Instructions

Instructions for CCD Registration

Four Year Old thru Fifth Grade

School Year 2010 / 2011

Fill out a registration form for each student for whom you are registering.  Fill out the form(s) for Prime Time Kids Mass and/or Christmas Eva Pageant if your child chooses to participate.

Return the completed forms, along with the registration fee,

by dropping them in the basket marked

located outside the CCD office or mail to:

If your child is making 1^st Reconciliation and 1^st Holy Communion please fill out the datasheet and note the CCD calendar for those sacraments.  Registration must be completed by June 30, 2010.

Please note:  class size will be limited this year, therefore, to ensure your child a place, please register by June 30, 2010.  Requests for registration after this date may be made by calling Stephanie Barnes at 860-521-3006.
