NEW BUSINESS:

·        Dennis O’Sullivan went over a presentation on our current situation regarding the boiler which serves STMS and the Church.   The inadequacies of the old system were reviewed. A detailed analysis was done on the heating and air flow needs for: the Saint Timothy Middle School, the Church of Saint Timothy, and O’Connell Hall.  A new system is being installed which addresses the in adequacies of the old system. Cy Kirby has been on site while the boiler has been dismantled and the new unit is being installed and is very pleased with the progress and professionalism of the installing company.

·         Carmen Brickner provided a comprehensive safety plan to use in case of fire or a medical emergency. This plan will be distributed to key personnel in the parish.

·         U.S. Flag – Joe Courtney has presented the Church of Saint Timothy with a flag flown over the U.S. Capital.  This flag and the accompanying certificate will be displayed in an area to be determined.
